DIY: Dollar Store Cupcake Stand


Create a beautiful cupcake stand for any occasion using Dollar Tree items. 

You can use these to display cupcakes, food, snacks,decorations or party favors at an event and coordinate colors with your theme. They can also be used around the house to display items or decor.

What you'll need:

  • 2 candle stick holders 
  • 3 plates
  • Spray paint in coordinating colors
  • Glue gun or any heavy duty glue

I picked up these items at the Dollar Tree


Instructions:

  • Paint candles stick holders with your first color and then the plates with your second color. Depending on the spray paint you choose you may need to apply premier before laying on your colors.
  • Once they are dry, glue them to each other and allow the glue to completely dry. 
Simple as that! Very easy to make and you can mix and match your colors to go with the theme of your occasion.
I do not recommend placing food directly onto the plates since the some of the paint can chip off.

      E-6000. I tried a glue gun but it didn't work for me.
