You always hear others tell you how expensive diapers can be when you're expecting your first. It's true and eventually you learn to budget for them and you grow use to paying for them. That doesn't mean you don't look for the best diapers your money can buy without sacrificing quality.
I've been using diapers consecutively for almost 5 years now. Once we got Emma lee into pull-ups, Maddox was born. When Emma lee was born we were given Huggies newborn diapers at the hospital and they were even kind enough to send us home with some. Who knew there would be so many brands of diapers out there in the world, I became overwhelmed so I just stuck with Huggies for a while but wanted to try something different after a while.
Over the last 5 years I have tried several brands of diapers because of the lower cost but always came right back to Huggies Snug and Dry. They fit my kids perfectly and we never seemed to have any leaking issues because they held up well. Maddox has sensitive skin and Huggies keeps him dry and clean with no rash. I quickly realized that saving a few cents per diaper wasn't worth sacrificing the quality that Huggies diapers offered. I've had other brands diapers fall apart on me or they would break open and that gel stuff would be everywhere and it was such a pain to clean up. Not worth the few cents I saved!
Walmart has a great Rollback price on Huggies Snug and Dry diapers. $22.94 for a box of diapers. I got 2 boxes of the size 4, each box came with 98 diapers... that's 0.23 cents a diaper with out having to use coupons and shipped free to my home. Sounds like a deal to me!
Maddox is a very active child, he loves to run around, climb and dance. I had issues with another diaper brand that would fall apart when he started crawling and I needed a diaper that wasn't going to do that so I turned back to Huggies. I also love Huggies overnight diapers! Saves me from washing his sheets every night.
Whether it's climbing up onto my bed to jump or sitting there plotting his next destructive move, I need something that's going to keep up with him and I trust Huggies diapers to do just that. Don't let that cute face fool you, he's up to no good.
I have and do recommend Huggies to new mom's or current moms that are looking for the best diapers there money can buy them.
