Banana Pancakes Recipe


Yum, Yum Yummy! These Banana Pancakes are delicious. They're very easy to make and the banana's leave a gooey textured center.



Serves 5

Ingredients:

10 oz - Flour
3 Tsp - Baking Powder
0.5 Tsp - Salt
2 oz - Sugar
4 - Eggs
2 oz - Melted Butter
4 oz - Chopped Bananas (1 Med. sized)

Instructions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients into a bowl
  2. Combine eggs with bananas and mix well. Pour mixed eggs and bananas into the center of the dry ingredients. Slowly mix.
  3. Add butter when most of the dry ingredients are moistened. Mix until butter is worked in but don't over mix.
  4. Cook over a medium heat like any other pancake mix. Try to keep the unused batter cool between cooking the pancakes.
There will be a few gooey sections inside the pancakes due to the bananas.
