Best Buy's new Geek Squad Solution Central is staffed with Technology Education Agents (TEA) and are there to answer any questions you may have about phones, tablets, computer and much more. Not sure how to use the most recent version of Windows? or maybe you receive a brand new phone and tablet and want to learn about all the apps featured on the phone. The Geek Squad is there to help you understand and use all of the features on your new device.

Walk-Out-Working
are “in the moment”, custom product set-ups offered before you leave the store with your new device, with the option to schedule appointment times at a later date. WOW is offered across multiple categories including mobile, computing, tablets, gaming and digital camera. The appointment can range from rapid, quick-fire set-ups to elongated, more detailed set-ups, depending on the Customer needs.
1-on-1 Consultations
A 15 minute 1:1 personalized sessions with a TEA to cover any topic the customer has questions on.These classes are meant to accommodate different Customer preferences for how and what they want to learn.
Technology Debriefing Classes
Are classes that span over multiple categories and cover a broad range of topics including Windows 8, What New with Apps, Different Operating Systems, and How to Watch TV on your Phone.

Like many other mom's we purchase or receive a new DSLR to take those awesome pictures of our kids. We open up the box and then realize that we have no clue how to use it.
The TEA's at the Geek Squad will help you use your camera. They will not be able to teach you photography but will teach you how to use all the preset settings and how the setting on the camera work.

I recently stopped by the Geek Squad Solution Central and had a 1-on-1 consultation with one of the friendly agents there about my phone and my DSLR camera. I was really impressed with how much info he knew about all of the products in the store. I do plan on returning again with a few more questions about some of the devices I own.
