Week 5 with Nutrisystem

So week 4 I had a set back and gained 2 pounds. This week I didn't gain or lose. It was time for my new shipment to come in and I had place my order in a little late so for week 5 I didn't have any Nutrisystem meals but continued to make smart choices with my food though out the week.

To be honest I missed my Nutrisystem meals. They're tasty and so convenient and I felt like I had more energy the weeks I ate my Nutrisystem meals. I was excited to place my most recent orders because I ordered all my favorites and a few new options.

Some of my favorites for Breakfast are the Garden Vegetable Omelet with 100 calories per serving and the Cinnamon Streusel Muffin with 200 calories per serving. Both are Diabetic and Vegetarian friendly.

"Tomatoes, onions and bell peppers add savory flavor to this tender, fluffy omelet. Cheddar and Monterey jack cheeses and a blend of fire grilled fajita spices kick this protein-packed breakfast up a few notches—perfect for a warm, hearty alternative to breakfast cereal that's ready in just three minutes."

"Now this is the stuff breakfast was made of. Delight in every bite of your own personal pastry—a rich, soft vanilla coffee cake featuring real cinnamon throughout—it is the perfect way to start your day off strong. Whether you are a coffee cake enthusiast or a muffin fanatic, this breakfast hit is sure to satisfy."
