While I was in Miami last month for Hispanicize '13, I attended a P&G luncheon with Speaker Irma Martinez. Irma is a fashion stylist to celebrities and is recognized as a pioneer in her field in the Latin market. She's been offering her expertise fashion advice for over 20 years and in 1996 she founded Trendy Inc.

Her most important advice was to always wear what makes you feel comfortable in because that will make you feel confident. One of the best accessories you can have is confidence and a smile. She also stated that anyone can wear skinny jeans and to pair them up with a flowing top, and black and white is in. If you have an hour glass figure or a big bust, wearing a crossed tops is most flattering, take for example, Sofia Vergara.
