This Lemonade with mint drink is by far the most refreshing drink I have ever had. It's perfect to serve on a warm spring day at a picnic or on a hot summer day at the pool.
Just 2 ingredients and very simple to make.
What you'll need:
- Lemonade (any kind you prefer, homemade or store bought)
- Mint
Instructions:
- For every 8 ounces of lemonade use about 3-4 mint sprigs, that's about 9-12 leaves. Add more for a "minty-er" taste or less for just a hint of mint.
- Blend for a few seconds in a blender, until the leaves have become little specs.
- Strain over a cup to remove larger mint pieces.
And you're ready to serve!
