Baked Ravioli

{Just created the ultimate Ragú® #NewTraDish mash up recipe the whole family will love as part of a sponsored post for Socialstars}

Baking during the holiday's is something many of us enjoy doing for our family and friends. Baked recipes are not limited to just sweets and desserts during this time, you can take some of your favorite dishes and turn them into baked casserole dishes. And baking with Ragú® sauces will deliver a delicious taste to your meal that the whole family will love. Baked dishes are also an easy side item to serve at your holiday dinner or to bring to a holiday dinner. The holiday's are also a very busy time for many of us and putting together a delicious dish can sometimes be a challenge. This Baked Ravioli dish requires very little ingredients and can be quickly made before tossing it into the oven.

I was inspired by 2 Ragú® Classic Recipes - Ragú® No Boiling Lasagna and Italian-Style Saucy Roasted Potatoes recipe. Lasagna is a family and holiday favorite dish. The roasted potatoes dish is made with pasta sauce and mozzarella cheese then baked to perfection! However instead of roasted potatoes I wanted to use another family favorite - ravioli's!

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 lbs - Ravioli ( I purchased a bag of frozen ravioli)
  • 2 cups - Shredded Mozzarella
  • 3 cups - Ragú® Old World Style® Traditional Sauce

Directions:
  1. Pour 1 cup of  Ragú® Old World Style® Traditional Sauce into your baking dish.
  2. Add a even layer of ravioli's
  3. Top ravioli's with 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.
  4. Add 1 cup of Ragú® Old World Style® Traditional Sauce over cheese
  5. Add another layer of ravioli's
  6. Top with remaining Ragú® Old World Style® Traditional Sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or as stated on ravioli package.
